Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Officer will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified The position involves end-to-end recruitment management, coordination with colleges, and ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in HR preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or campus hiring.
- Prior experience in education, training, or BFSI placement domains will be an added
advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle – from understanding requirements, sourcing,
screening, and interviewing to final selection and onboarding. - Coordinate with colleges, universities, and placement cells for campus recruitment drives.
- Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal
databases. - Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates’ fitment for roles.
- Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, and offer tracking in recruitment systems.
- Collaborate with business and training teams to ensure timely deployment of candidates.
- Support in planning and executing placement drives, job fairs, and hiring events.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements.
- Ensure all hiring documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
Salary Package
₹1.80 Lacs – ₹3.60 Lacs per annum+ Incentive + Travelling Claim (based on experience and
interview performance).
